Miłka Malzahn is a poet, prose writer and playwright, lyricist and vocalist, radio presenter. A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, philosophy department. She debuted as a poet in 1995. In 2013 she acquired her PhD of the same university (thesis on the 19th century Russian philosophy). She works in Radio Bialystok. She has published short story collections – ”Baroness Late Autumn” (2001) and ”There’s No Mono”, a novel entitled ”The Queen of Rhubarb” (2004) and a book of poetry called ”Things that Have Transpired” (2001); she also has to her credit the trip-hop album Map (2004); she lives in Białystok. In the fall her new micro-novel will appear.
